Saying Goodbye

Saying goodbye can be one of the hardest thing to do in life. You never wanna say goodbye to friends moving or loved ones dying. It's all incredibly hard to do no matter who it is. But there are ways that you can say goodbye.
If a loved one has died and you are very depressed over it, just pick something that has always calmed you in the passed and do that. Like for instance, whenever I'm upset I like to listen to music because I love music. (You can see that from my other blog, musicforever21.blogspot.com). If music isn't your thing, then do something else. Go for a walk, talk to friends, draw. Anything that keeps your mind off of the things that make you sad. Remember, you wouldn't want to see someone else you love be sad and depressed, so why would other people want to see you sad and depressed. It makes them just as sad as you.
If a really good friend of yours is moving away, it will no doubt make you very sad. So stay in touch with them. Text or talk on the with them as much as possible so that you don't grow apart, because as you know that can happen. Also, if the person didn't move far then try to get together with them. Go to the mall, go to a movie, go have lunch. Anything to spend time with them. However I know that can be a problem depending on how they move. I hope you will take time to read this because I think it will help. Thank you!

Future Careers... Think About It!

What do you want to be when you get older? There are so many different choices to chose from for a future career. I want to be a marine biologist. A marine biologist is a person that dives deep into the ocean to search for new creatures or new plants, anything that no one has seen before. It's a high paying job, but for me that really isn't what matters. I just want to do something that I would enjoy doing for the rest of my life. I did some research on marine biology and it says that most of the colleges that are good for are most on the east coast. It takes about 5 years of college to get to be a marine biologist. Now, if you are interested in something different, like my best friend Summer wants to become a doctor. She wants to do that because she thinks it is something that she would enjoy. She also got inspired to become a doctor when her grandmother, whom she loves dearly, was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Now Summer is determined. She knows how hard it is, how long college is for it, and how devoted she has to be to it, but that's just part of growing up. I think she will do well in her career, mostly because she is picking something that she wants to do, and I think that is the most important thing.
